TSJ offers free guidance in household waste issues. For a local network charge, customers can call the service number, 0200 47470, weekdays from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

You can also contact an advisor through e-mail by sending your question to jateneuvonta(at)tsj.fi.

Guides and brochures are also available on request from the advice service. Housing companies can also purchase collection container labels and a sign with sorting information. Click the link to view or download the PDF files.

You can also request a visit from an advisor to an event or meeting at, for example, a day-care facility, school, housing company or club. The guidance is free and tailored for the event/meeting in question. The events are organised in the orderer’s own facilities or during a visit to one of our sites.
